Wilyum.I Installed the DP chip and yes you are right it sure looks like the Tunit unit and has 1 small screw adjustment with about 20 turns on it ( boy thats fine!! not) ( not the 9 postion switch the web site said or the over phone sales told me!!!)I set it correct as advised, ( phone call to DP) setting ( 1/1/2 turns off from very rough idle) Ring him and have a talk to him then ring DP Chip and judge for yourself.
He was also available to give advice during the fitting of the Tunit. On the other hand Troy at TUNIT was happy to explain the "guts" of the Tunit. They were very guarded about what they said. I went with the after Tunit trying to talk to people at DP Chip about the the workings of the chip. The tunit is cheaper than the DP Chip and is the same unit. The engine seems to be quieter and smoother.
